I would like a tummy tuck but would not do it because I would be afraid of unnecessary surgery. Im a coward I know.

I would like a tummy tuck, liposuction, a nose job (a subtle one- fake noses freak me out) and some botox on a frown line I have just developed. And maybe a surgical peel.If I had the money I probably would do all these things. I would have a gastro bypass if there was no risk attached.

If I could choose a face it would either be Susanna Hoffs or Andrea Corr.

I would have breast reduction and a lift but I'm also afraid of surgery....necessary or not.

I think Jennifer Lopez has a very pretty face.

The face transplant is just the skin and flesh not the actual face shape, the actual shape of your face is set by the shape of the underlying bone structure and will still be almost the same after a transplant.
i prefer to keep my own face..and i dont agree with cosmetic surgery as every one is beautiful in their own way...its just sheer vanity to start adding and taking away bits..you should all work with what you have..my daughters friends mum had lipo on her thighs and it looked good then the fat came back elsewhere in her case on her neck!! so i am sure she would have been better with excess fat on her thighs instead of walking around with a huge fat neck...their is allways a pit fall with this type of surgery and women only see the good bits till its to late..as women we are bombarded with media images of what we should look like..and people should like us for who we are not how we look..

qapmoc....am not a total idiot, having read the news story I was aware of the process. Just hypothesising.
I prefer to keep my own. I only agree with cosmetic surgery if you are unfortunately disfigured. No one grows old gracefully anymore. Its a real shame there are so many people that hate their bodies today.

Hi Goodsoulette, well you know I did not treat you like an idiot but treated the question ''as seen''. The thing is, you know which news reports you read but I don't, so I had no idea how much you know about the process.

The problem with AB is that some people dont like it if you answer the question as it is written without assuming the questioner knows things they didn't mention and on the other hand some people don't like it if you assume they should know certain things which they in fact don't.
its a bit difficult to know which is which for different persons and please don't jump on me for this comment (well... not while my wife is looking) I am making a general comment aimed at nobody in particular.

I'd never consider plastic surgery, unless I was seriously disfigured, like that poor woman. My looks and body are far from perfect, but I just don't feel that how I look dictates what I am like, and so I'm happy in my own, slightly aging, less than perfect skin. Boobs went south after breastfeeding for 16 months, but I just tell myself I swapped my pert pair for my gorgeous wee boy (what a bargain!!!). I certainly wouldn't put myself thru suregry to correct them. After all, everything goes south eventually. I realise some people have serious issues with the way they look, and it can adversely affect them and their lives but to me, much of todays cosmetic surgery is just vanity, and that is hugely unattractive.
