Hi folks, am at my wit's end with my two mini-bundt cake silicone moulds. I have used them three or four times now and, every time, the top bit comes out but the inside bits just stay stuck fast to the inside of the silicone. I thought they were supposed fool-proofly non-stick. I grease the insides, grease and flour, use that non-stick spray, use that non-stick spray and flour, but they still are stuck fast to the bottom. I've got a great recipe for these little cakes, and resorted to using muffin cases in a muffin tin for my second attempt last week, but they weren't as clever looking!

Can anyone help? I've just put a metal mini-bundt pan on my Amazon wishlist and might get that to try, but really don't want to fork out any more - the silicone ones were expensive enough!

Much appreciate some advice, please.

I have never tried silicone, but on this site it says no greasing is required.
