I am taking 35mgs of amitriptyline at night. I forgot to fetch my prescription from the chemist today. I have 10mg tablets but not 25mg. Will it be OK to take three 10mg just for tonight?

Yes, I would think so - you'll be a tiny bit under script but not noticeably so. I'm not a doctor though - is it too late to ring the chemist to check?
