Lots of business courses at university have accounting and finance modules, some have law modules.

E-business is a little less common, but my University (Lancaster) does offer a course thats run jointly between the Computing Dept & Management school for people who want to do e-business type stuff.

We also have a system that requires 1st years to study modules from different departments, to keep their options open in case they'd like to switch, so its certainly possible to get one degree with an element of each of those things in if you look about and plan well
I think you should choose finance and i am giving you this http://www.globalfinanceschool.com/ link because they are providing good and vast education on finance courses don't be late visit one time and grab a opportunity.
