Does anyone kow if it is possable to lower a car on water?? I have an idear on how to do it, but does anyone know if it is possable?

The only possibility of making a gain is if you can perfect nuclear fusion. Fleischmann and Pons in1989 claimed they had achieved this but nobody could repeat their results and their work was discredited. If you can do this Alexmeads, you will meet much scepticism.
Car powered from water? seems like an urban myth (much like the ones where people say they've invented one, and the oil giants arrange accidents etc)
Basically, Hydrogen and Oxygen form quite a stable bond in the form of water and require masses of energy to split this bond, otherwise why would it be used for firefighting :)
