Child Benefit From Canada

Hi can someone help me, my wife and I emigrated to canada last Aug, however family circumstances here made it that I couldn't live their but my wife would not come back with our children, I came home to the uk but now she's wanting trying through the Courts for child support. Can she do this, I just want them home.

of course she can - i don't understand why you are not helping her support them already. regardless of your fsamily situation, your children still need to eat.

Im not asking about the morals of it, im asking can a canadian court decide and enforce it.?

I can't understand why you are wondering whether the canadian court can enforce in the UK one of it's court orders......they are your children....pay up because you care for them not because a court says you must.

He wants them home - if he pays for them to stay in Canada - they might not come home.
