how do you make mushroom bhaji. the sliced version rather than one that would look like an onion bhaji. i am not a good cook so a nice and easy way would be best.

Everything is available without going too far to get the ingredients. Methi is fenugreek by the way. You probably will have an asain shop not too far from you - nearly everyone does now - or you may find the spices at a health food shop if you don't have them in the house already.
