Chris, for some unknown reason I have always had difficulty using Firefox, & I have noticed that on several occasions you have mentioned how good it is for you. I am giving it a try one more & the very first thing that happens is the message ''Firefox not responding'. I am wondering why this is always happens & whether you can throw any light on it. My system is W7 & at present I am using SeaMonkey for my browser, look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Ron
I've just worked a 15 hour day (including travelling) and I've got to be up early tomorrow for a repeat performance, so I haven't got a lot of time at the moment.
However, if you're simply going back to an 'old' version of Firefox on your computer (rather than reinstalling it afresh) my first thought it is that it might not have installed properly. So I'd recommend uninstalling it, restarting your computer and downloading it again. If you use the correct 'Windows' link from this page you'll get the British version, rather than the default US version:

Anyway, there's nowt wrong with Seamonkey! I've got Seamonkey Portable on USB stick, so that I can use it at internet cafés.
