My friend applied for this back around February time and heard nothing so assumed she did not qualify.Two weeks ago she was very pleasantly surprised to get a letter saying she was, and enclosing a voucher for credit to her payment key/card.So it is not quick, but seems like a good scheme, she was also told to apply again this year as she may qualify again :-)
