Disappointing Day

Disappointed with the weather today - yesterday was a roasting 28 deg but today quite a cool breeze and cloudy most of the day with only a few glimpses of hazy sun, cloud rolled in from the East Coast I think. Now only 14 deg and seems decidedly chilly, we sat out in the garden last night until very late, won't be doing that tonight! What was your day like? Hoping for more sun tomorrow!

Hi Ann Sunflower - (new avatar - noticed you sitting in a baby's pool - you must be exhausted - you bring sun to this site - oh my dear there is more to come. It was 25C in Belfast today and supposed to be 26 tomorrow - (altho we complain - we are not really fit for extreme heat or cold to be honest) - but your time will come. I think 25c is 73 Fahreinheit. that is high. Let's face the music and dance. Let's enjoy these horrible halcyon days of euphoria - which I don't think we will get for another 5 years - so enjoy yourself when you are in the pink and rather not in the clink. Enjoy yourself enjoy self - enjoy yourself. lol Connemmara the lady from Gloccammara. - getting carried away a wee bit here. Just kidding - sorry Ed - did not mention anything about Cracks/Craics but er but er but er - oh my still let's change it to butter on toast. Complaining about temperatures of 14 degrees being too cold at almost midnight seems a bit daft to me. I would have preferred it were cooler as I had trouble sleeping due to the heat last night.
