attaching decking railings to handrails

Hi, Can anyone help me out there please. How do i atttach decking railings to the handrail. I tried it today and it didn't go too well. I am wanting to get the job done by the end of monday so some advice as soon as possible would be really great. Thank you so much for your advice. Clarelouise.

I know it is Tuesday and you may have got sorted by now, but if you go to your local big D.I.Y. store and ask their advice I'm sure they will talk you through it. They will probably have some free leaflets that you can take away too. Good luck!

If you go to a good builders merchants or diy store you will see they have kits to make stairs and bannisters .You work out the gap you have to fill and you get a top and bottom rail, the handrails to go in between the wooden battens to hhold the railings in and spacers to get the right gaps between the railings .
