In fact you/one should NOT do brain stem death tests if you think the patient has taken drugs of any sort. You should do blood levels first.

so whatever happened someone was not following the rules he was erm paid to do .... DT they got fined....

This is very scarey indeed.

Lawyers must be fighting each other to handle this case. Imagine the lawsuit and the millions of dollars the hospital would be sued for.
