I suppose it sounds a little corny, but I would turn it into art using different funky fonts and colours with some images (clip art & hand drawn) here and there and frame it - easy to help her do it on a pc. I did something simlar for my daughter and made it glass backed to keep the original hand written version on the reverse side.
Its a little difficult to explain what I mean, she is working on something similar for her nan, maybe I could post it as a picture...
I did think "OH!" when I saw that myself Octavius, but she meant "yo" and that makes sense considering the next line.
We are in the process of making a giant collage of some of her artwork, so we've asked her to rewrite it and put pictures round it to illustrate to join the collection.
