Why bother? Bald men are very attractive. As long as they keep any hair that they have left nice and short and tidy. Can't do with the 'monk' look or (heaven forbid) the comb-over! Argh!

It depends on what type of hair loss it is. If the complaint is male pattern baldness and you catch it in the early stages then there is every chance that preventative hair loss measures can be put into place.

Typically, natural male hair loss is due to high levels of testosterone. There are potions available that can help prevent the testosterone from killing the hair making elements in your scalp.

There is no actual cure for baldness, that is a case of once its gone, it's gone - however if you have detected your hair is thinning on top, it would be worth investigating hair loss preventative treatments.

There are loads of clinics that seem to offer this service, one of the prominent ones appears to be http://www.belgraviacentre.com
