Hair Falling Out And Strawlike After Using A Combination Of Dyes
I did something stupid as i never had any dye left and used all the left over bits of dyes i've literally had years. I mixed them up and applied them and was meant to only have them in for an hour but i fell asleep and 8 hours later was left with a burning scalp and the smell of singed hair was all over my house.
I washed it off and some hair came out around my neck so not to bad but the rest of the hair has become strawlike and tough like mini dreadlocks.
How can i restore my now mangled head into my former beautiful blonde mane of long flowing luscious locks?
Please be quick as the shops are nearly closing.

It doesn't look good at all for you and only your hairdresser will tell you on Monday - as somebody said there - you have no choice only a pretty scarf and don't knock them cos many cancer victims use them whether they are 22 or 84.
YAY! Thank you connemara but a friend of a friend who's a hair dresser has just phoned is coming over as she needs money and i told her i'd give her £50 quid so hopefully fingers crossed!
Sorry jomifl for my outburst as you wasn't to know but still making jokes that involve cancer isn't nice to those out there that have been touched by cancer in some way shape or form.
Please accept my humble apology.
Yay, it looks like this cinderella just might still go to the ball! YAY!

Jomifl don't worry about it as i was upset on that day and snapped so i apologise to you.
For the rest of you the hen night was a success and unfortunately my hair couldn't be saved so was cut short and dyed naturally with henna which has left myself with a great orangy reddish look. I love it and my friends and family love it so it turned out to be a blessing in disguise.
The colours exactly like this

Thanks grasscarp. So was i as i thought i might have to resort to cutting all my hair off completely but still have about 3 inches of hair all over which i'll then cut off once my hair grows another 3 inches so that the damaged hair is all gone then i'll grow it out again or maybe not as i'm really loving the short hair look and it's easier to manage and wash compared to before which was a time consuming nightmare
You fell asleep with bleach on your hair? How is that even possible??
Never mind ruining your "beautiful blonde mane", you were lucky you didn't wake up with a severe reaction. I'm also surprised your friend, who is a "hairdresser", applied henna without doing a patch test first. If you'd left bleach on your hair for more than 8 hours, and woke up to a "burning smell", your scalp would have been red raw!!
