What are people views on Anne Diamonds Surgery??

I dont think it was wrong of her to do it, maybe she should just have been more honest about it.

they aren't competing with each other so i dont see why people see it as cheating, they've gone there to lose weight and this is going to help her do it

It made me realise it is the attention she is craving really. The whole thing has got people talking about her again. If the gastric thing works for her, she should accept it and come off the show. Personally I would hate to stay if it had caused so much fuss. Step down and let the others compete in the same way as each other.

Question is, if she has had gastric bypass she should be loosing weight a lot quicker than she is. And definitely shouldn't need to go on a diet as it only allows you to eat pigeon portions before your full!!

I missed last nights episode. I had no idea about Ann having surgery. As Karen says,Ann should be eating tiny amounts of food anyway so why is she on the show? Attention? as Sunflower says? I think so.

There was a programme about gastric bands on BBC a few weeks ago and it was agreed that you can have serious after effects losing weight was not always an outcome. So, Anne was not 'really' cheating. But Carole Malone is getting all steamed up about it. She's furious. She should channel her energy into losing that lardy backside instead.

I haven't watched this but I can imagine how she would have reacted if it had been one of the others. She was always quick to criticize in others back in the tv am days - she doesn't like it now it's her turn (again)......it will come as no surprise that I can't stand the woman!

I an see the two sides - and they are not making money as she said the whole point of the show though is two teams competing The fact that the weight isn't coming off quickly isn't really the point. If it was falling off everyone would b shouting her down.

I think it was underhanded of her to dothis before the show started and not to reveal it. What Sharon said was right that from now on nobody will know if her weight loss is from the band or from the eating plan. I do think it is cheating
