Has anyone got any tried and tested methods to get rid of cellulite ?
I'm clued up on all the 'eat healthy & excercise' stuff, but does anyone have any new experiences, and has anyone noticed a difference with regular exercise and if so, what sort ?
Has drinking lots of water really made a difference for anyone, and ive heard about hot lemon and water in the morning is meant to be good for cellulite.
Thanks

Incidently, the word cellulite was introduced in 1973, so we just had fat legs before that date and accepted diet, exercise and possibly massage, were the only effective treatments.
It's a cruel world!
Alas I think cellulite and death will be with us for ever.
Since there's no way of avoiding either of them ultimately, I guess the only thing we can do is to try and eat healthily, exercise regularly and get on with our lives.
As to the hot water and lemon theory, I've started drinking this regularly at various times of the day over the past month and find it quite refreshing. It's also a good way of boosting my water intake which is generally far too low, but I'm not sure it's doing anything for my cellulite. I just avoid looking at my naked body in the mirror too much.!
You can get rid of it - but you can reduce the appearance. Firstly drink lots of water - to flush out the toxins in your system. Also, make sure you buy a 'body brush' and dry brush your body towards your heart - this increases your circulation, and I am afriad to say the best thing is regular exercise, which will tone up your skin and tighten the lumpy areas...I have tried cellulite creams which work a little - but the above methods should reduce it over time...good luck!
