just thought i'd drop by to say hi. a few of you have asked how me and baby 4get are. we are great. he is coping well in the heat and is as god as gold. he has recently started smiling and melts my heart every time he does.he is now asleep on me after his morning bottle.

Just enjoy him. I know it's a cliché, but blink and he'll be 17 (that's what happened to mine) :-)

surgical intervention ?

he was back to back with cord caught round shoulder. after lots of pushing spinal injection and into theatre for forceps.

ouch ouch, o/p position, bet you felt a bit nippy after that intervention, was he particularly big ?

8lb 14. :-) my labour was 6hrs

6 hours first baby, fabulous. baby nearly 9lbs. ouch. forceps in theatre. ill bet walking was difficult for a wee while :( well done that mum..

no pain relief while in labour just gas and air.

4get!! "How you doing?!" lol. Long time no speak. Just came across this post - wonderful news. Congratulations! As pixie373 said, enjoy him because it really does go so fast. My eldest leaves Junior school next week and my 'baby' has just turned 5! Say 'Hi' to Red from me too. Joey x
