It's going to be a beauty tonight - just over half the disc illuminated and low in the Western sky.

It's already got a tinge of orange and should be quite spectacular just before moonset at around midnight.

I had an uncle who went doolally with the full moon......he was such fun and unpredictable.... we timed our visits to coincide with the full moon.......wonder if it's hereditary? x
