There are 3 clues here that I can't understand. Can anyone explain the answers?
16A Prince leaving posh car in reverse? Yes (3). Answer: YAH (Yes). How was the rest of the clue done?
28A High marks and rosettes for the cleverest moves. (13) Answer: MASTERSTROKES (cleverest moves). Why the "high marks & rosettes"?
17D Novel set in outskirts of Halifax, briefly (4,5) Answer: HARD TIMES (novel). I don't understand all the rest!
