my dad wants me the find out about a song he doesn't know the name to. It's an old song possibly 70's to 80's he describes the music video as a band with they're heads covered and the beginning of the video starts off with a man who says "all aboard, all aboard!" . Plase help thanks!

I don't know the song from the video, but Ozzy Osbourne's Crazy Train starts with the words all aboard.
