How long can a vehicle from Europe stay in the UK?

Looks like it's 6 months in a 12 month period.

Seems a bit severe so I'm assuming there were aggravating factors - they'd probably previously issued a warning or some such

It is 6 months - we are watching the vehicle across the road from us..... time's nearly up before they have to register it in the UK.

They need to pass a UK Driving test HC. otherwise they are classed as a learner.

If they're from Europe they don't need to pass a driving test.

Assuming they have a full driving licence from an EU country, that is.
