I am going to buy a 6ft round pool and I am going to put camping roll (the things you put your sleeping bag on when camping underneath). How many will I need if the camping rolls are 180cm x 50 cm - I am quite happy to cut them in half or thirds (not going to cut them up too much or it will be too much of a fuss). Thanks for your help.

I have (in my wisdom & harassed state) bought a roll of laminate floor underlay that is 1m x 10m - I envision a lot of swearing this afternoon (& that's before I fill the bloody thing using a bucket!).
A bucket? Good luck lol.

A bucket which I will have to fill in the kitchen (front of house) and carry down the hall, through the living room and conservatory thing!
We'll, at the very least you'll get a good workout ;)
A bucket????

Assuming the pool is 3feet deep it's going to hold about 530 gallons of water (which is about 2.3tons of water!)

Good exercise I guess!

It will just have to be done - outside tap needs fixed (something has to be done in the attic?!) and there is no way I am letting himself fix it for the foreseeable future. Does sound like an awful lot of water though - maybe I will be lucky and it will absolutely chuck it down and save me a job.
a hose?
