can i ride a 125cc motorbike on a full car driving liscence without having to take any tests?

No, you have to take compulsory basic training (C.B.T), this is not a test as such, its more of a short course, lasting about six hours. Its just to ensure you can hanle the bike and ride safely. It has to be taken every three years unless you pass a full motorcycle test.
