My Grandaughter Wants A Rag Doll For Her Birthday, It Needs To Be 100Cms Tall Approx. Does Anyone Know Where I Can Get One That Wont Break The Bank?

There are lots of ragdolls on Amazon but 1 metre tall is really big, has she seen one like that?

Why not make one for her. get a book from the library, craft section. Or just draw yourself a pattern and make it up as you go along, a book will help with ideas even if you dont use their pattern.
Its quite easy, and the doll will be really special then,
you could even customise it, same colour hair as your grandaughter, perhaps ask Mum for some clothes that she has grown out of, and use them to make clothes for the doll.
I wish I was doing it, I love things like this. X

Why does it have to be so big? 100cm is nearly 3 and a half feet tall. thats really big for a rag doll.

Thanks everyone, I don't want an antique its for her 4th birthday, and her big sister was bought one that size ages ago and the little sister loves it. She never, ever asks for anything so this is so special. I think you are correct that I will have to make one. I used to be a dab hand at stuff like that when mine were little but I must have got lazy!
