Has someone got to die before we start enforcing the law? Riding over crossings, through red lights, on the pavement by default, it seems, is it time to get tough?

These London cyclists who treat red lights with disdain, how long do they survive? From the little I've seen of traffic there you'd be dicing with death to go through against the lights.

I've had that mushroom, some plonker riding on the pavement, when I mentioned it he said it wasn't safe on the road, well you should not be cling then mate if you have no idea.
