Do you think Muslims are unfairly treated by Christians ?

I was wondering if it was just me who was infuriated by the claims of a muslim man on the ITV news yesterday. He said: ''If the Muslims insulted Christians there would be an up roar but when it comes to Christians attacking muslims well we're just fair game'',.Though I certaintly don't condone the cartoons I think this has to be the most unfair comment ever made on T.V.

It is not so much the religion as it is religion itself. Organized religions are nothing more than glorified political parties with a platform laid down by 'God" and interpreted by those with contempt for every thing human accept the money they make.

Nevertheless I insist on treating everyone as individuals and judging them on their own merits regardless of their beliefs and based only on their actions, the respect they show for me and for themselves.

It could well be that these a$$hole$ are only interested in how much trouble they can stir up in the world and I will not be a pawn in their game.

I'm with flagship on this. The jews as well. They always play the victim card and as soon as you mention something about them then you are either called anti semitic or anti jewish. I rememeber a few years ago one of the spanish newspapers published an article about jews in and no sooner the editorials was bombarded by emails and the pressure groups to withdraw the article from the paper. The article was eventually removed. Funny how things seem with the moslems over the cartoon saga!!!

What happened at Holocaust was horrible but what about all the other genocides we have been witnessing since the Holocaust? Rwanda? Sudan? Shall I continue with the list or are they sub-human and not worthy??? But I guess those other places don't have as much importance on the international news eh? Frankly, I'm getting sick and tired of this victimisation by the jews as if they are the only ones that are hard done by.

Goodsoulette Save me the talk that Israelis are hard working and peaceful and bla bla bla. Israel is the most belligerent and aggresive nation in the Middle East that has continously violated the UN charter knowing that they have the conviction and moral support of the americans to support their cause.

In short the Israelis are the spectacle through with America sees Middle East. Amen!
