70s or 80s song

anyone remember a song (comedy)featuring a man talking very little and laughing most of the way through it?? the only words i can remember are "look at that drummers face...i think he's seen me!!!..no he hasn't..he just looks that way" (then tons of laughing). thanks.

The song is " The Harry Lime theme " but not sure of tha artist . Ive got it on an old 45 somewhere
