Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Hello EVers,

All straightforward today and an early finish mainly because I started very early, unusually due to insomnia. All in all a fun crossword with one very slight moan (pedant that I am) in that 29d should be marked as hyphenated.

I agree Twit-Who, a relatively quick grid population, but enjoyable nevertheless!

No troubles with an endgame this week. I'm not sure I've ever seen this type of construction before. Remarkable to get the jumbles symmetrically opposite to the themed clues they refer to. Good fun.

Certainly my fastest grid completion! Guessing the theme after one clue certainly helped things along. Very enjoyable nonetheless :)

Help please. I have completed the grid except for one letter, last one in 29 ac. clue being : Chinese measures tree cutting spirits.(5) Failed to see anything in BRB but I do not possess the 2011 edition. An explanation of the answer would be very much appreciated too. Thanks in advance.

The answer is in earlier editions of BRB too. Not sure if EV/AB etiquette allows me to give full answer but the word is an alternative spelling of a word beginning with 'C' and the tree is 'ti'. Hope this helps.
