I want to buy replacement matresses for my 2 cabin-type beds. They are Junior sized (about 2'9" X 5'/5'6"). The ones which came with the (cheap!) beds seem to have springs inside and are VERY uncomfortable. Any recommendations on different types, or on how to tell if a sprung mattress will be comfortable. I am likely to have to buy online as I can't find anywhere locally selling junior mattresses, so obviously a problem as I can't "bounce-test"!

Sorry, I've just read my post and come of the punctuation hasn't translated well. The mattresses are 2 feet 9 inches by about 5 feet to 5 feet 6 inches. The last part of the post tried to say that I can't bounce test the mattress, but I put it in quotes and it panicked!!
