We had a great start, our Edinburgh Tattoo tickets for next Friday are in fact for tonight, as we discovered at 3pm and a 7 hour drive away, with hotels booked for next weekend etc!

I've got all weekend to simply do begger all as i was supposed to go to meet my cousin in todmorden to finally locate our mutual great great grandmothers last resting place, but because of the floods at walsden he's delayed it till mon/tues (he is in York)

Whoopee...missus and kids in Spain and I'm working all bloody weekend :o(

The Tattoo starts tonight and I knew I'd booked for the first night! I got it into my head though later that it was 9th not 2nd and booked hotels and other stuff without double checking. Managed to get tickets for next week and hopefully they'll have been able to resell tonight's tickets, as it was sold out months ago.
