How Do You Know If Retail Databases Flagged You Down For Stealing?

I work at CVS. There was a incident with stealing, and I'm not sure how often the manager checks the tapes, but in case of high levels of suspicion, I'm just wondering if we'll be notified if they suspect the employees? I know CVS/other retailers have a database where they put suspicious employee's names down. Would we know if we're in the database? I'm just really paranoid.
