It's a bit late for that now!

If they extradited Hamza, it would be too much like hard work for the Authorities to get the rest of the extremists, who weren't born here, out of our country & back into their own.

if he is English - no. You cant deport english nationals

if he isnt, it automatically is reviewed, and they usually get chucked out

if he has two nationalities then it is lawful for one country to deprive him of it

whether he should get deported or jailed - its about time! :)

No he'll live on incapacity benefit,screw the state for more money,get a lottery handout(no pun intended!),and appear as Captain Hook in his local pantomime.Following this an appearance in celebrity Big Brother is guaranteed.

Personally I think he should be tried for treason,and strung up as a traitor,but what do I know!

Like it - mightyWBA!

I don't think he's English, he got British nationality because he married an English woman, and yes, he could be deported, but it would have to be back to Egypt, and they have the death penalty, so it won't happen. we'll just, as has already been said, have to put ip the cost of keeping him, and when he gets out, after remission for good behaviour, he can carry on where he left off.

I think the USA will have him, they want him extradited for similar crimes over there.

From what i gather he's going to fight deportation to america, But with him being convicted today it was also a victory for america as believe he's wanted on similar charges, and somehow if [sorry i meant WHEN} he gets found GUILTY, he might be doing a touch more than 7years, more like 70 years {please}

Just a though, what if he's got the top bunk bed in jail. who's going to give him an hand.

Apologies to anyone else out their with a disability no offence meant, just detest him

I understand he's appealing, anything to get off the hook....

He'll serve his sentence here in one of her majesty's holiday camps and then be extradited to the US where I belive they have a good line in all inclusive long haul trips to Cuba.

lol@ Andy
