Leather Coat

How can I clean the inside (the lining) of a leather coat the outside leather is clean and in good condition but I would like refresh the inside tia

Spread the coat out so you can see the lining and turn the sleeves inside out. Make up a solution of laundry detergent and water and sponge the lining - don't wet the fabric but use a wipe-on, wipe-off motion.
Repeat the sponging with clean water and allow the coat to thoroughly air dry.

thanks for your speedy answer Mosaic I will give that a go, I was going to take it to be cleaned but think that could be rather expensive
