Would relieve a lot of concern from animal rights activists and alleviate hunger, free up lands used to raise cattle and cut down on methane emissions.

Down side will be getting many GMO ideologues to eat it.

PS: It is not synthetic as it is grown from a living cell.

Not sure I'd willing try it but I didn't willing try horse meat either. Who can say what we buy is truly genuine.

The quality of cheap 'beef burgers' has really dropped since they had to stop putting horse in them.
