Don't know what's happened but when i send emails it dosn't have my email address on just 'Y' support? This has only recently happened.

Do you mean recipients see the sender as 'Y Support'.
If they select'reply to sender' does the reply go to you?

who provides your email service? they must have a help/contact function.
