I cook the next days dinner on the evening before. I then nuke it to eat. Is there any harm in what I'm doing?

Thanks puss and everyone else for their contribution. So I will carry on.
Jesa , someone who I know has to cook their hubbies dinner around 12 oclock every single day, and you know what --I could never ever cope with that, and I'd find that exhausting. But if mr puss was ill, I'd have to find the will to do it just like you do. bless ya x
I've always done this. Cooked two meals....fridge one for the next evening. Saves time and electric. On the same subject, a microwave with convection fan oven and grill is a good choice.
Jeza, you'll be fine. It's the storage of the meal which might cause problems but if you are fridging it as soon as it's cooked and cooled, then re-heating it thoroughly, it's no different from the pre-cooked meals delivered round the country every day from Meals on Wheels. We do it all the time.

So I've got the thumbs up then, glad to hear it.

TTG. I had one of those microwaves and couldn't get on with it at all so I gave it away.

Boxy, as soon as it's cool it goes in the fridge.
Don't beat yourself up Jeza. You're making home cooked food (which is more than most can/do). You are doing as much as you can, x

Thanks Sher. I do my best.
Kook and nuke, the best way I'd say.

Soory folks, it was the only way I could put it to rhyme.
