Yes, for bailiffs,copied from a site such as the link. Utterly pointless. Who are "commercial bailiffs" who have less power than court bailiffs? Unless the property they seize is owned by a finance company, so there's a lien of title on it, they all have to have a court judgment before they can do anything.

And all that will do is give you more time. If they get the required documentation they will come back.

You don't get out of debt free you put off paying the debt.
