It was simply awful. Was this supposed to be just for children or has BBC just given up on Saturday night entertainment. Bring back Seaside Special for the summer

Luckily for me I got a touch of heatstroke yesterday and had to go to bed early, I guessed it would be a load of pony, just glad I don't pay a UK licence fee. As you say seaside special, whatever direction the TV programmers are travelling in they have certainly lost the idea of entertainmen t.

it just confused me, I had no idea what i was watching, i though maybe the bbc had had an emergency and had to close and they were doing the best they could!
It must really piss loads of tv folk and celebs off that for saturday night they can only afford unknown voice overs and a bunch of hensens's muppets.

It wasn't childish enough to appeal to kids, it wasn't knowing enough to appeal to adults, it had not one vestige of genuine amusement about it.
Who on earth thought that the public will sit still for this for a month and a half?
BTW BBC, that distant rumbling you can can hear is your Liscence Payers, on their way en masse to burn down your offices!
