I've just bought a greeting cards cd and all the pictures and graphics are in pra format.Is it possible to change it to a more common one such as jpeg or similar?? Thanks !

Several websites warn that attempting to convert PRA files is likely to be unsuccessful. e.g:

I'd forget about using a specialist program to design greetings cards and use a general DTP program (with greetings card templates) instead. PagePlus Starter Edition is completely free, easy to use and works with standard file formats:
