Yahoo Answers ?

Has any other members ever had to leave that interesting and good but Troll ridden site Yahoo Answers. I recently walked out in fury because they would not accept my complaints. It seems as long as you watch their adverts they don't care who is on ?
I am new on here and am still testing it out,but its British based so could be good.

The annoying thing about Y/A, is that there's not one funny troll out of the lot of them and that includes hundreds.

I was on Y!A for quite a while. I reached the dizzy heights of Top Contributor, among many many hundreds, but towards the end Yahoo were penalising me for answering many months (6+) resolved questions, quite a few of which I was awarded best answer, supposedly by someone who was offended by the content given, even when I was being honestly helpful: I came to realise Y!A were policing the site themselves and giving out penalties across this side of the Pond more often than the other side. As a result I became quite disillusioned by Y!A supposed fairness and deleted my account with them. I have not looked back ever since.

I've been here since 2004, way before I knew about Yahoo answers (was it even around then?). I find it a lot better than Yahoo. It looks nicer, better organised and you get better answers. It being British based is very helpful too.

ummmm, it's all based on a points system which can be manipulated by a five year old. Will try and give you more info tomorrow.
