Camping Food In Hot Weather

Ok, discovered it gives hot next week, cool box will only last a couple of days, what foods can you recommend on charcoal bbq, not allowed gas, I have beans and spaggetti, I need things that will keep, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, going with a very picky teenager, who is not into pot noodles and things along them lines, I would love some help, everything is going to go off so quickly, I cant afford to waiste, but all meats will be frozen before hand. Not the best maybe healthwise but at least no risk of food poisoning. We had ravioli, stuffed canneloni, potatoes (which we sometimes fried up), chilli, tinned lentils, beans with sausages ... so long as you get good bread everyday you can eat anything....
Yeah can boil on a charcoal, but do not want to get dodgy guts, we are goingI to reading festival, just need some advice on things to cook tin wise, or air tightly sealed, ummmm there is a market in a tent, but iif you get there by 8.30 there is not a lot of bbq stuff to choose from, and not only that its a good half mile treak, thanks all 4 trying to help me, might have to go with tins of chicken in sauce, with noodles, which daughter will hate, but I cant pay 13 quid a meal 3 times a day for 5 days
