I've never watched this from the beginning before but having seen the end of the last couple of series I thought I start at the beginning this time.

Loved the squirrel cake and the chocolate bear :o) Some complete disasters as well. Must have a go at the Angel Cake. Need to get a ring tin first though.

I went to HobbyCraft last week and found some really good cake and bake stuff. Well worth a visit if you love creative baking.

My favourite cake has to be NY style baked cheesecake but sponge wise it has to be melt in the middle chocolate fondants.
