internet security

I currently use a 64 bit windows system and am having a bit of an issue trying to find a security program for it. mainly a good firewall. I know windows has its own but i dont trust it. I have ghostwall but as far as being user friendly, I think not. There is really nothing to tell you how to use it. Any suggestions ? It doesnt nessesarily have to be free. After all, you cant put a price on security. If there is a good whole security program like Norton Internet Security, that would be great. If I have to have a seperate firewall and antivirus, I can deal with that. I currently use Avast for an antivirus.

If it works as a firewall, and most do, then you won't actually need a software firewall, though activating the Windows one wouldn't do any harm.
Have a look in your configuration pages of your modem for Firewall, NAT and Stateful Packet Inspection.
