Help quickly please!!!

Have just noticed that at the top of my screen there is no backward and forward button, and the address bar thing is very high but still have the blue titles. How can I restore the Back/forward buttons?

At the top - View - toolbars and click on Navigation

..mmm....lots of things could have happened..in IE first try picking up the bottom off the toolbar area with the mouse..if it turns into a double pointed arrow...drag down to reveal other toolbars.............or click View/Toolbars and add other toolbars..........or View/toolbars/customise and add or remove items as you wish.......commoner.

Thank you both as my computer is Spanish it was difficult as it doesn't translate literally. Did it in the end by clicking on view and standard buttons.
