oooh, it's good for your soul (if you have one)

My 'new' trousers, size 18, read the label further and it says 'petite'

woohoo, size 18 is petite, it says so on the label :o)

Ladies, anyone over the size of 12 is deffo a woman.

No question, just a statement.

splashy splashy cold shower needed lol xx
So anyone under that size isn't a woman?
I always tend to rely on the XX chromosone rather than pant size, I'm old fashioned like that...
I'm size 8 and a woman.
Isn't "petite" the length? Around here it's for under 5'2".
I always assumed petite meant short in clothing, nowt to do with the size, ie, width.
It does.
Surely petite can be anything we women want it to be....:-)

only if you haven't been to Specsavers recently.
Look here, Slack! If I say I am petite...I am bloody well petite! Okay? :-) x
Imagination is a fine thing ☺☺☺

How about me then? I'm 5'6" but I buy Petite but only in tops and jackets. I'm size 18 but I'm very short waisted. Normal tops and tee shirts come down almost to my knees and I despair as the fashions seem to get longer each season. A tunic top could be almost worn as a dress! I also have to have Long length trousers as I have really long legs! 32 length minimum. Strange shape I am!! Also have short arms and narrow shoulders - no hope for me buying things "off the peg" :(
That's what I thought, ann - alba's bought trousers with short legs :-)
