Can A Testator Direct, In The Unlikely Event That A Bequest Is Declined, Where It Goes Then?
For example, "If Miss X declines this bequest it be split equally between the NI Salvation Army and the NI St Vincent de Paul Society".

it looks as tho the history is exact (1858 reforms and so on)
I cant imagine the 1837 Wills Act doesnt apply as Ireland was within the UK at that time.
I was gonna say Lucky St V de P - he was the only one to found two orders but that was St Francis de Sales (Visitandines and Salesians)
