I use Aveda shampoos which are all plant based they might be alright. You could also try the Liz Earle range of products, I love her orange flower shower gel - no nasties in that
Thanks for asking that 888, I keep having flare ups recently itchy scalp and dry itchy patches on my face, my GP said I have eczema. I use a shampoo called Capasal from my GP on prescription, but I'm having trouble finding hair products ie. mousse and hairspray to use. I've had to stop using L'Oreal face cream too. I think I'll try Holland and Barretts.
I use Faith in Nature Shampoo and conditioner. I buy if from a local health food shop where they have a good selection of their range for all the different hair types. Occasiosnally I switch to Jason Natural Products but I have used one or the other for over 20 years now. Look out for either when you look in Holland & Barrett or check them online for stockists.
You can actually make your own shampoo with baking soda and vinegar. Check out this site http://www.crunchybetty.com/no-poo-to-you-too. There's loads of info about natural beauty care on it. Haven't tried it myself yet but apparently after doing it a few times it really makes a difference to your hair (in a good way!)
whatever you do don't use a combined shampoo & conditioner it will ruin your hair and they are banned in some states of the US.
Try Burt Bees hair products they sell them on line, all their products are good.
