Urgently need their customer support no for a friend. No idea what her device is. Can only find a 90 day support no for a tablet that she doesn't have!

Define 'hacked' - has someone obtained her wi-fi password, or do you mean she has a virus?

I got one of those scam letters saying she was stuck abroad and could I send her £2,500 ! I contacted her straight await but she's stuck at work and she's rushed off her feet and daren't be seen to be sorting it out at work, hence involving me. The letter seems to have gone to most of her friends

So her email has been hacked, not necessarily her phone.

Yes, her email account but because she only really uses it through her phone, I think she thought she needed the Blackberry number rather than her email provider. Thanks, everybody, for bearing with me through the panic!
