You could try your local Fiat dealer. Loads on Ebay but they seem very cheap and you may have to get it programmed at the dealer anyway.

We had a Fiat at work around about the 2003 time and the key stopped working.
The dealer had to order a new one and I think it was about £70 at the time.
The receptionist had to put it in the ignition a few times to programme it. Unfortunately I do not remember what Fiat it was.
